Program Proposal / Facilities Booking Request

Important Notice

Before you fill out the forms, be aware that all programs being requested by individuals and organizations that are not a registered charity or “Not for Profit” and where fee or monitory transaction is required, must be reviewed with MCC/IANWC. If this is not a Muslim Association of Calgary or MCFC program request, please provide the full name and registration number.

The MCC/IANWC organizations shall not be liable for any injury to the program participants. In the event of an accident/injury MCC/IANWC may secure medical advice and services as it may deem necessary for participant’s health and safety and the participants shall be financially responsible for such advice and services.
MCC/IANWC will not hold responsible for the loss or damage to a participant’s personal property in any way resulting from the participation in these activities. If any equipment/property belonging to the MCC/IANWC center is lost during the duration of the program, the program organizers shall be held solely responsible
There is a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, name calling, physical abuse, violence and all other forms of inappropriate harmful behaviors by the participants for the duration of the program.
The participants or the event organizer must ensure that the facility is cleaned, garbage disposed off and chairs/tables are returned to their original place before leaving the facility at the end of the event.

Note

All programs not under the umbrella of MCC have to be approved by the Muslim Association of Calgary (MCC) leadership.
All programs under the MCC umbrella but involving financial approval, must be approved by the chairman of IANWC if cost neutral or by the Board of IANWC if contribution from IANWC or MCC is expected.
